On 21 November the co-founders of Help4LiPs were invited to the Civil Justice Council`s forum on Litigants in Person. At the forum Help4LiPs distributed a leaflet explaining the difficulties that Litigants in Person feel when they litigate and most particularly how intimidated they feel in Court. The leaflet attached was based on the recent BBC Radio 4 programme of You and Yours aired on 3 November 2014, which you can find here.

The judiciary is working hard to accomodate Litigants in Person. An example of those efforts is this document produced to help the information needs of Litigants in Person.
